The building is classified as an historical home and what you see today dates back to roughly 1600.
In 2002 our family, Graziani Fenwick, bought what had been our holiday home. The renovation into a six room, boutique hotel is a family project, which involved us all.
We love this home and the area so right from the beginning our dream was to share exactly this with our future guests: we remain as rooted possible in local tradition and try to select the best the Ligurian region has to offer for you to enjoy.
La Sosta’s building and location are a natural incentive to “make virtue of necessity” 😊: sustainability, social impact and beauty of balance are values that have clearly emerged over the years and guide our decisions which continuously shape La Sosta di Ottone III’s identity.
So we hope that during your “sosta/stay” you connect with the Cinque Terre & Ligurian region right here, at La Sosta di Ottone III through its décor, food & wine, local knowledge by our Day Designer, artists and artisans, the sea & valley view, the rhythm and sounds of a medieval village, including … the church bells.
On a daily basis, our family works behind the scenes and during your stay you will meet the Team: Valentina at Reception, Diana for Room Service and Fulvia, Mary and Margherita in the Kitchen.
