The cornerstone of good food is the quality of the ingredients and working closely with selected local producers is a core component of our Kitchen’s approach.
The use of local high quality ingredients allows La Sosta Kitchen to employ a “simple” preparation technique, which will not overwhelm the core ingredients, but will in fact enhance their characteristics.

OUR TASTING MENUS

Dinner is served every evening from 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm (except Sunday).
La Sosta Kitchen will be open from the 30th March to the to the 3rd November 2018, for both Hotel guests and clients who are not Hotel guests.
Due to the limited number of tables, we kindly ask you to reserve in advance.

WHAT ABOUT A PIC-NIC AMONG THE OLIVE TREES?

Available on Sunday night when the Kitchen is closed. It can include homemade savoury pies, the Cook’s sandwiches and fresh fruit.
