Chef & Sommelier Luca Palmero Scatena was born and lives in the Liguria region and brings a wealth of experience gained working in highly prestigious restaurants in Italy such as the Michelin starred San Domenico in Imola and La Locanda delle Tamerici near La Spezia. 

Dinner is served every evening (except Sunday) from  8.00 pm to 10.00 pm. La Sosta Kitchen will be open from the 17th April to the 11th October for both Hotel guests and clients who are not Hotel guests.

La Sosta Kitchen offers an a la carte menu which changes every month and is linked to the seasonal availabilty of the basic ingredients.  The menu offers three starters (€ 22.00), three first courses (€ 18.00), three main courses (€ 33.00) and three desserts (€ 10.00).  

July's Menu  ...  have you ever tasted  Croxetti di Varese Ligure ?

In addition, the Kitchen will propose three set menus:  the fìrst with two courses and dessert, the second with three courses and dessert and the third with four courses and dessert.  The set menu price ranges from € 55.00 to € 88.00 (excluding beverages).

"Made to Measure" ... with one day's notice, the Chef will "taylor" a bespoke menu based on pre agreed ingredients and recipes for an authentic and unique experience.

"Made to Measure Wine Menu" ... is a variation of the Made to Measure Menu but in this case you select the wine and the Chef will propose a Menu that enhances the wines you have chosen.  As with the "Made to Measure", this Menu needs to be requested one day in advance.
